grasa o glucosa seg\u00fan lo que el cuerpo necesita en cada momento,<strong>sin depender solo de az\u00facares para funcionar.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este reto est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para que tu cuerpo aprenda a usar mejor la grasa como energ\u00eda y comiences a generar cetonas de forma natural, sin protocolos extremos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En VITAKEE podr\u00e1s registrar tus niveles de <strong>glucosa, cetonas y s\u00edntomas energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong>como fatiga, claridad mental, antojos o sue\u00f1o luego de las comidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
