abdominal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Envejecimiento celular acelerado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ansiedad, antojos, cambios de humor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este reto de 21 d\u00edas vas a identificar qu\u00e9 h\u00e1bitos estabilizan tu energ\u00eda y cu\u00e1les disparan tu glucosa,<strong>todo basado en tus datos reales.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VITAKEE te permitir\u00e1 registrar, comparar y ver el glucosa:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Al despertar (ayunas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 minutos despu\u00e9s de una comida principal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aplicar una estrategia simple:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un h\u00e1bito diario nuevo para estabilizar tu glucosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anotar tus
