At VITAKEE, we respect your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of information associated with your VITAKEE account, including data received through Facebook Login and data created within the VITAKEE platform.
1. Data Deletion Overview
If you created or accessed your VITAKEE account using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of the data associated with your VITAKEE account at any time.
This request may include personal information, account information, Facebook Login information, and health-related information entered or uploaded by you within the VITAKEE platform.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your VITAKEE account data, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:
• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your VITAKEE account.
• A short message stating that you want your VITAKEE account data deleted.
3. Data We May Delete
Depending on your account activity, the data associated with your VITAKEE account may include:
• Account information, such as your name, email address, and country.
• Information received through Facebook Login, such as your Facebook user ID, name, and email address.
• Health-related information entered or uploaded by you within the VITAKEE platform.
• Usage and technical data associated with your account.
4. Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we will verify the information provided and process the deletion of the personal data associated with your VITAKEE account.
If your request is valid, your personal and health-related data will be permanently removed from our active systems within a maximum of 7 business days, unless retention is required by applicable law, security, fraud prevention, compliance obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
5. Facebook Login Data
If your VITAKEE account was created or accessed using Facebook Login, we may receive basic profile information from Facebook, depending on the permissions you approved.
This may include:
• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your Facebook user ID.
When your VITAKEE account data is deleted, VITAKEE will also delete the Facebook Login data associated with your VITAKEE account from our active systems, unless retention is required by applicable law or compliance obligations.
You may also remove VITAKEE from your Facebook account settings by going to your Facebook settings and removing the app from your connected apps or business integrations.
6. Data Retention Exceptions
Some information may need to be retained when required by law, compliance obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.
Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
